Your dump stays on this computer. Crash dumps contain pieces of your PC's memory, file paths with your Windows username, your Rockstar ID and the servers you played on. This page unpacks and reads them with JavaScript inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, logged or stored, and it keeps working if you go offline after the page loads.

Where is my crash dump?

FiveM writes one every time the game crashes.

Right after a crash

The FiveM crash window is still open.

    Click Save information in the crash window.

    FiveM saves a CfxCrashDump_YYYY_MM_DD_HH_MM_SS.zip, usually to your Downloads or Desktop.
  3. 3
    Drop that zip above. Do not extract it: the logs inside make the analysis much better.

Older crashes

The window is closed, or you want an older one.

    Press Win + R and open this folder
    %localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM.app\crashes
  2. 2
    Sort by date and drop the newest .dmp file. Logs live next door in FiveM.app\logs, you can drop the matching CitizenFX_log together with it.

    Server owners: ask players for the Save information zip, not a screenshot of the crash window.

An answer, not a hex dump

Exact crash location

Module and offset (like GTA5_b3407.exe+957BCD), game build, exception type, crashing thread and a stack scan.

Known crash signatures

Recognizes cheat-triggered crash waves and crashes caused by broken streamed assets that we have taken apart before.

What to do next

Separate advice for players and for server owners, plus the log lines, overlays and memory state that matter.

Private by design

The zip is unpacked and parsed in a Web Worker on your machine. The dump is never uploaded, logged or stored anywhere.
