By accessing or using FeloxAC ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeloxAC is a software-based anti-cheat system designed for FiveM servers. The Service includes real-time cheat detection, automated enforcement, a web-based management panel, and related tools.

3. Account & Access

• You must authenticate via Discord to access the dashboard.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with FeloxAC software.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass license restrictions or authentication.
• Redistribute or resell the product or any part of it.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, branding, and content associated with FeloxAC are the intellectual property of FeloxAC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose only.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license is revoked immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

FeloxAC is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or disruption resulting from the use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
